Our Story
Founded in February 2020 by Mark Yearby.
Marq-One was established to bring over two decades of experience and expertise in electronics and operational leadership to the motorsport, aerospace, and defence industries.
Navigating challenges to bridge the gap
In the face of a global pandemic in March 2020, Mark identified a gap in the electronics training and consultancy market. Recognising that existing training solutions did not always address the root problems faced by operational leaders, Mark set out to make a lasting impact.
Addressing common industry challenges, such as compliance ambiguity and competency assessment gaps. Mark, a qualified IPC trainer and seasoned engineer, employed his pragmatic methods, resilient approach, and leadership skills to offer on-site, tailored solutions.

Mark and his team employ an open-minded, supportive, and relentlessly curious approach. Their 20 years of industry experience, coupled with a healthy dose of leadership, allows them to delve into details and address problems where others might not.
Having walked in the shoes of many of the roles their customers now hold, the team understand the challenges of identifying underlying issues, assessing the competence of their team and finding the right training to drive results. After all, we all know customer confidence, once lost, can have a devastating effect on the bottom line of a business.
