To meet the needs of both you and the industry, we’ve expanded our training team with Lorean Moore, who has joined us at our Eliot Park base.

Lorean is perfectly suited to the Marq-One team.
That may seem like an obvious statement, given that we’ve employed him. But we think it’s important to say it. Each decision we make is focused on you, our customers, and on the wider industry we’re influencing. So, most importantly, Lorean fits the profile you need as you develop your electronics training, and your business offers.
He brings over 14 years of experience in electronics manufacturing with expertise coming from real-world experience of surface mount technology, soldering, rework, and training in IPC standards. His lived experience means you can be confident he knows the challenges you face.
Before moving into electronics, Lorean trained for the Armed Forces, so in terms of our wider consultancy work, he brings an excellent range of project experience and strategy skills. His work in electronics started with hands-on assembly, before progressing into lead and supervisory roles. After this, he moved into training, delivering in-house programs on ESD, FOD and wire harnesses, as well as IPC training. He’s worked closely with engineering teams, managed machinery maintenance, and improved in-house training systems.
So, what drew Lorean to Marq-One?
When asked, it’s clear how closely Lorean matches Marq-One’s values:
